My first real opportunity to get close to the band came thanks to Alena. All three concert dates were completely sold out and had been postponed due to the pandemic. Like in previous years, I had given up hope of ever attending one.
I found Alena on Instagram, we started chatting—and she invited me to all three shows. I was completely overwhelmed. Even standing at the venue, I couldn’t believe it was actually happening. 🥹
When I arrived at Foro Sol, I received an envelope with the band’s logo, my name, and access to both the concert and the backstage area. A staff member picked us up and brought us directly to our spot. There was always security and medical staff present—I felt safe and respected from the very beginning.
What touched me most was the warmth. It wasn’t just about having a ticket—I was treated like one of them, like a family member. I had access to the dressing rooms, the stage—and I even spoke with Till Lindemann before the show.
Till completely surprised me. Most people only know him from the stage and imagine someone intense or maybe even angry—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When I walked into the dressing room, he greeted me with a cheerful “Hola”—in Spanish, my native language. 😂
There were snacks, drinks, and comfy sofas. He sat casually with his guests, chatted, asked for music, danced—even requested Spanish songs. This was the vibe on all three nights. It felt like a dream come true, a safe and joyful experience. Sometimes I still wonder if it really happened.
During the Rammstein shows, we also had the chance to meet and spend time with the whole band. Those were honestly the three best days of my life. Alena is a beautiful person—inside and out—and we still keep in touch from time to time.
What I lived through is unforgettable. It wasn’t just a concert—it was an experience filled with heart, warmth, and humanity.
Some of those moments were even recorded for a tour DVD—I truly hope it gets released soon. Maybe then, people will see what “Row Zero” really means. These are real stories. Our stories.
