How to delete your account in the app

The quickest route runs through the app itself.

2. 02Open the Profile area
3. 03Scroll to the very bottom of the profile page
4. 04Choose delete account and confirm the prompt

Your account is then queued for deletion. If you can no longer sign in, use the form below.

Enter the email address you used to sign in to the app. We match the request to the account and delete it. No sign-in required.

What gets deleted

What we keep

Nothing. After the deletion neither account data nor profile data nor content you created remains with us. The data is removed from the backups as well. There is no legal retention duty, because the app processes no payments and therefore produces no records relevant to tax or commercial law.
